Job Description:

Work with customers on designing and carrying out complicated networking projects that may involve multiple factors, development and maintenance of the company's network monitoring systems, on-call duty in rotation.

Job Requirements:

• At least three years experience in designing, developing and maintaining of large IP networks.
• Vast experience with equipment of the leading vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Nortel, etc).
• Knowledge and experience in advanced networking, including routing protocols, MPLS, L4/7 switches, QoS, and so forth.
• Knowledge and experience in deployment and maintenance of network monitoring systems.
• Experience in deployment, development and operations of Unix (or compatible) based systems (e.g. flow collectors, iptables, Quagga/Zebra, and such).
• Knowledge or experience in emerging/uncommon communications technologies – Advantage. (E.g. IPv6, Multicast).
• Certification from one of the leading equipment vendors – Advantage.

Unix-like Systems Engineer (Job number 103)

Job Description:

Work with customers on design, deployment, and maintenance of various Unix-like based systems, development and maintenance of the company’s network monitoring systems, on-call duty in rotation.

Job Requirements:

• At least three years experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining of large Unix-like based systems, with high availability requirements.
• Vast experience with the following operating systems: FreeBSD, Linux, Solaris.
• Knowledge and experience in information security subjects.
• Excellent knowledge in all common programs in service providers (e.g. Postfix, OpenLDAP, Squid, MySQL/PostgreSQL, BIND, Apache, etc).
• Experience in script writing and deployment of procedures for process automation.
• Familiarity with common networking protocols (e.g. IP, SNMP, SMTP, UDP/TCP, DNS, and so forth).
• Experience with the network monitoring systems Nagios, Cacti/MRTG, OpenNMS – Advantage.
• Experience in working with centralized storage systems – Advantage.
• Networking knowledge and familiarity with networking equipment – Advantage.
• Experience in operating and maintaining large databases – Advantage.
